THE OFFICE OF THE TORTURER GENERAL ISSUES A GENERAL ALERT FOR THOSE TRAVELING TO MEXICO, TERRA

Haxax Carnido, Hellac Torturer General has issued the following statement regarding young Humans traveling to mexico over the "Spring break" holiday:

"The Office of the Torturer General issues this statement with the authority of Her Royal Highness Ang'ki Hoor I; no one traveling to Mexico over the Spring break annual holiday should ever interact with anyone who confronts them out of uniform claiming to be a member of the Federal Police. Be always aware of your surroundings. Remain in gender diverse groups. While it is impossible to assure total safety for the Living, it is the recommendation of this office that parents strongly deter their offspring from vacationing in Mexico this year. Those who do go their and ignore the warnings regarding travel outside those zones frequented by Americans or those who consort with those promising drugs for purchase do so at the peril and punishment of their Soul."
